The Louisiana Watershed Initiative hosted a summit featuring experts in floodplain and water management on Tuesday in Lafayette.
The summit, titled Building the Foundation: Sharing Lessons Learned & Addressing Challenges Specific to Louisiana, brought together local experts and their national colleagues in watershed management.
